How it works
- 1
List what you need
Drinks, ice, dessert, plates. Need three people on drinks? Write "Drinks x3".
- 2
Share one link
Drop it in the group chat. Nobody has to sign up or install anything.
- 3
Everyone picks
Each person taps "I'll bring it". You see live what is covered and what is still missing.
Made for any get-together
BBQs and cookouts
Meat, charcoal, drinks, ice — split it without a 40-message thread.
Potlucks and office lunches
Avoid five pasta salads. Everyone sees what is already taken.
Birthday parties
Cake, balloons, music: assign the jobs and stop chasing people.
Trips and camping
Tent, cooler, first-aid kit — know who packs what before you leave.
Volunteer sign-ups
Shifts at the school fair or the food bank: each slot shows who's on it and what's still open.
Splitting tasks
Moving day, a project, topics for a show: everyone takes their part and nothing falls through.
Questions
Is the potluck sign-up sheet really free?
Yes. You can create and share a sign-up sheet for free, with no account. Guests do not need an account either.
Can two people pick the same item?
Only if you allow it. Each item has a number of spots — "Drinks x3" lets three people sign up. Once the spots are taken, the item shows as covered.
Can guests add their own ideas?
You decide. When you create the sheet you can let guests add items, and you can switch it off any time.
How is this different from a group chat?
In a chat, the list gets buried and two people bring the same thing. Here everyone sees one live list of what is covered and what is still missing.
