The Easy List is built around a simple idea: you should be able to create and share a list without handing over personal data. This page explains what we collect, why, and how you stay in control.

What we collect
- List content. The titles and items you add are stored so your list works and syncs in real time across everyone who has the link.
- Account data (optional). If you choose to sign in, we store your email address and basic profile information from your sign-in provider so we can save your lists. You can use the app fully without an account.
- Anonymous usage analytics. We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand aggregate traffic and performance. This does not identify you personally.
What we do not collect
We do not require an account to create or share a list. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising profiles. Anonymous lists are tied to a random URL, not to your identity.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies (for example, to remember your language and to keep you signed in if you have an account). See our Cookie Policy for details.
Data retention
Active lists remain available as long as they are used. Inactive anonymous lists and related activity data may be removed automatically after a period of inactivity. If you have an account, you can delete your lists at any time.
